Duties / Responsibilities
- Perform regular site inspections in both factory and dormitories and make necessary recommendations.
 - Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures in both factory and dormitories.
 - Review the health and safety procedur and ensure it is well implemented and followed.
 - Carry out health and safety induction and fire drill.
 - Record and investigate accidents and implement corrective action plans.
 - Provide advice to management on health and safety legislation.
 - Ensure that all customer’s requirements in terms of health and safety are respected.
 - Ensure that all PPE are provided with proper training.
 - Carry out any other duties as specified by health and safety legislation.
 
Job Requirements
- Degree in Health & Safety or any other equivalent qualification.
 - A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
 - Experience in the textile environment would be a definite advantage.
 - Good written and verbal communication skills.
 - Ability to manage critical path and deadlines.
 - Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, knowledge of safety procedures.
